Caitlyn Casson 

Caitlyn Casson is a New York City based yoga teacher, contemporary dancer and choreographer. While pursuing university studies in dance and psychology, Caitlyn discovered yoga. This moving meditation practice gave her an opening to find stillness and centeredness amidst an increasingly busy life. She completed a 200-hour teacher training soon after and has had the privilege of teaching hot yoga and vinyasa flow for more than 7 years. Caitlyn blends her dance and yoga backgrounds to lead energizing and seamless class experiences. Caitlyn is an avid traveler, foodie and lover of life. She firmly believes that with breath, movement and an open heart, anything is possible!  


9/24 Arrival Day 1 - Earth

  • Story of Kinkara

Arrive and hear the story of Kinkara and the 5 elements. Settle into your new environment and get acclimated with the land. A Garden Walk and permaculture tour. Grounding yoga to decompress from travel and find your feet in a new space. Delightful meals from the garden harvest. 

9/25 DAY 2 - Water

  • AM yoga- fluid vinyasa flow

  • breakfast

  • Nauyaca Falls excursion and picnic lunch 

  • dinner and cocktails

  • PM yoga- yoga and movement workshop

Start the day with a fluid, vinyasa yoga practice. Deliciously prepared breakfast. Explore Nauyaca Falls with a picnic lunch at the falls. Dinner with hosted cocktail hour and live music. A special evening dance class led by Caitlyn.

9/26 DAY 3 - FIRE

A rigorous, sweaty morning yoga practice. A traditional Temazcal sweat lodge wellness experience in the ‘Cielo Nocturno’ structure during the afternoon . Gentle yoga by candlelight in the evening, followed by dinner and a late night, intention setting bonfire.

9/27 DAY 4 - AIR

  • AM yoga- take flight!

  • breakfast

  • zip-lining adventure (or second option for those not wanting this)

  • dinner

  • PM yoga- meditation under the stars

Morning yoga practice designed to “take flight.” A hearty breakfast with specialty coffees, juices and elixirs. Off-site zip lining. Family style dinner followed by evening meditation under the stars.

  • PM yoga- writing and movement, define your quintessence

Morning yoga explores the fifth element. Spend the day on property to reflect on your experience. Afternoon writing and movement session to define your personal quintessence. Dinner followed by cacao ceremony and gong healing.
